Mexican Spice Drinking Chocolate

Did you know that cocoa beans are a staple food in much of Mexico? In fact if you visit Oaxaca or Tabasco you will see they have a deep rich history of producing some amazing cocoa. A traditional Oaxacan drink is made with ground cocoa beans, water, and a combination of spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a touch of cayenne. At Choklat they add a bit of sugar, and suggest it be made with the milk of your choice.
